Cancer of the mesotheliumhas a few primary symptoms. The main symptom of pleural mesothelioma is shortness of breath caused by pleural effusion ” the increase of fluid in the membrane, or pleura, around the lung. The second most common symptomis chest pain due to the tumor invading the chest wall. Other symptoms may include weight loss, fatigue, and night sweats
The primary symptom of patients with peritoneal mesothelioma, which originates in the abdomen, is abdominal swelling due to fluid buildup in the abdomen (a condition called ascites), abdominal pain, and bowel obstruction.
It is key to understand that many of these symptoms may be caused by other conditions. However, if you have been exposed to asbestos and have these symptoms, you should visit a doctor.

Another option is a CT (Computed Tomography) scan. This is an X-ray procedure where a scanner takes many cross-sectional images as it rotates around the body. A patient might have to ingest a dye to help define the pictures. CT scans have an advantage over biopsies by being easier and non-invasive, and they are recognized as being effective in diagnosis. Beliefs vary whether a biopsy or scan is more cost-effective. If there are irregularities, a biopsy may also be ordered to determine if a tumor exists, and if thats the case, if its malignant or benign. It is also possible to diagnose pleural mesothelioma by looking for cancer cells in a sample of fluid from the pleura.
Any of these methods may also be used to screen for mesothelioma. Patients are screened when they suspect they may be at risk but do not have typical symptoms, to ensure they are not at risk to get the cancer or to catch the cancer early. We never imagined the beautiful and confident Colleen Upton, my youthful partner in crime, could cover her head with wigs. Her voluminous hair and fashion flowed in sync with her femininity. But surprise surprise. The one and only remains celebrated for her hair. Only a handful of souls think to notice that she utilizes human hair wigs. They work well.
When we were blossoming ladies in high school, we regularly stole the spotlights to every dance. A few years went by before her women’s hair loss kicked in and her hair wouldn’t be the same. At the time I remember that I did hint at a few synthetic wigs. Oh well, it didn’t matter much. Unfazed by medical hair loss, she took the time and showcased her shaved head.
At our university’s homecoming, we taunted the players until some kluts purposefully hit the little ball (or however you say it) into the stands. She jumped up for it when her cute little hat landed in a beer, revealing her hair (or lack thereof). Totally upreturbed, she lobbed it playfully right back at him. That’s so her!
That said, there’s two sides to every coin. One time we got together for a game of bridge, the day she quietly revealed that she prefers to make do with a shorn head out of anger. Not long ago she thanked me for her human hand-crafted human hair wig, and explained it rekindles a feminine mystique in her life. It’s encouraging to witness my best friend live a happier existence. We both are.

I have been seeing a lot of great new blogs recently. I am unconvinced about all the twitter bustle. I still enjoy blogs and have a sizeable number in my feed reader.
The point with blogs is that you can find hidden gems, and they are from people that in reality like to put pen to paper.
Sure you can discover some swanky individuals on twitter. But, seriously, twitter is for people with add or who dont like to write genuine posts. Yes, heaps of people twitter and also blog, and those individuals are cool by me, but I am incessantly and eternally a blog lover.
Blogs drive the author to actually articluate their notion. Twitter by comparison merely allows you to say it. Call me old fashioned but I imagine there is a point where smaller is no longer fresher. We have been obsessed with miniturization for so long. Especially when it comes to technology. Certainly there has to be a point where we see substance matters. Value matters. What do you suppose?
Possibly the solid answer lies in balance. And compromise. You cannot force people to have substance and not be shallow. But, too possibly you need to pressure the neo libral hippies to lighten up a little aswell?
